በ2018 አመተ ምህረት የወሎ መረዳጃ ማህበር በቆቦ፣ ሀራ፣ አካባቢ (ወሎ) ለተፈናቀሉ ወገኖቻችን የተደረገላቸው እርዳታ።

በ፳፩፯ (2017) በተደረገዉ  ፈንድ ሬዚንግ ከተገኘዉ ገንዘብ $5000 (፭ሺ) ዶላር ለተፈናቀሉት ወገኖች በእርዳታ ተሠጥቶአል።  

In the summer of 2018, we heard and witnessed several households and children displaced from their habitats of 30 plus years due to various reasons. The people who were displaced from several parts of southern Ethiopia to Kobo, Hara and nearby cities in North Wollo region was devastating.

In response to the new influx of Northern Wollo displaced people, Wollo Meredaja Maheber Inc. supported the Regional youth who organized themselves in order to support our people who were desperate for food and shelter?

As a result, WMM Inc. decided to donate $5000 US Dollars for immediate support for those who are displaced, through our member and friend Fikirte Woldesilassi who represents WMM Inc. At this critical moment, Fikirte sacrificed her busy time and money by organizing and communicating with other Ethiopians who likewise have concerned for those displaced people seek provisional solution for the time being.

We also like to acknowledge and appreciate all members of Wollo Meredaja Maheber and those who passionately concerned and donated additional money from their pocket to show our expatriate family that we are faraway but we can hear you and feel your discomfort!! We know that this donation is not enough, however, showing our passionate and concern is very important to our beloved Ethiopian people regardless of their religion, race, or political view. As you may see the pictures shows on this page are our people whom we supported during their difficult times and you all should be proud of for your excellent humanitarian support…but they still need their private permanent place to live.

ምሥጋና ለወጣቶች

በዚሕ አጋጣሚ ይኸንን ለወገን ደራራሽ ወገን ነዉ ብለው ተነሣሥተው ለተፈናቀሉት ወገኖቻችንን በተቻላቸዉ መጠን ተደራጅተዉ አደራጅተዉ ለረዱት በወሎ አካባቢ  ላሉ ወጣቶች በሙሉ የከበረ ምሥጋና እና ከበሬታችን በጣም ከፍ ያለ ነዉ።  ላደረጋችሁትም ሆነ  ለወደፊትም ለምታደርጉት እርዳታ ወገንም ወዳጅም ጠንቅቀዉ ያዉቃሉ እና የዜግነት ግደታችሑን በመሥራታችሁ ደግመን እናመሠግናለን።

የዚሕ አይነቱን መልካም ተግባር በማሣየታችሁ ለሌሎቹም ወጣቶች፤ የአገር ተረካቢዋች፤ መሪወች እንደምትሆኑ ጥርጥር የለዉም።

From the start to finish, your hard work and commitment is apricated by the people who are displaced and other concerned people around the world. Thank you so much for participating in the Salutes to Excellence program that you initiated and organized the local youth to support our people who were forced and displaced from their natural living locations to Kobo and nearby cities. We believe your support was a successful event, thanks in the largest part to the volunteers who kept everything running smoothly.
